On November 14-15, with funding of Swedish Institute (SI) and support of the embassy of Sweden in Georgia, Sweden Alumni Network Georgia organized the first Swedish Institute Alumni Leaders forum of VISBY Region Countries. Representatives of Sweden Alumni Networks from Ukraine, Belarus and Russia came to Georgia to participate in 2-day event. Discussion topics of the conference were: Swedish-Georgian Relations, 10 Years of Eastern Partnership, International Academic and Scientific Research Opportunities and Alumni Networks Management, Youth Activation and Engagement. Representative of diplomatic missions, chief authorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Education, as well as representatives of various educational, research and other non-governmental organizations took part in the event.
